PCCA Management Board and Audit Committee


A graduate of management with a specialization in human capital management and interpersonal skills for managers at the University of Economics in Wrocław. She also completed a degree in sociology at the University of Wrocław. Between 2010 and 2023, she was associated with the Convention Bureau Foundation – Wrocław, serving as its president from May 2019 to February 2023. During her many years of work at the Foundation, she was responsible for the implementation of tasks and projects related to the development of business and congress tourism in Wrocław as a local tourist product. In 2021, she was appointed president of the board of one of the youngest local tourist organizations in Poland, the Wrocław Tourist Organization. She has been involved in the implementation of events such as the Wrocław Global Forum (2010-2016), The World Games 2017 in Wrocław, ECPR 2019, the hybrid 43rd European Congress of Cytology 2021, and many others. She actively maintains relations with the academic community and has recruited new members to the Wrocław Congress Ambassadors Club. She is a member of the Chapter of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program 2020-2023 and currently serves as Secretary of the AKP Program, co-organized with the Polish Tourist Organization. She is a member of the Board of the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland. She was the Ambassador of the Year for Women in Tourism. Since February 2023, she has been the director of the office of the Association of Conferences and Congresses inPoland. She is a rowing judge and has been involved in this sport for many years.
Agnieszka Szymerowska
President of the Board
She is a cultural and adult education animator by education. She has been working in tourism since 1991, specializing in business tourism since 1995. She has strong ties to Silesia and is a member of the Board of the Silesian Tourist Organization. K. Gołąbek is a member of the Association “Conferences and Congresses in Poland” and the Polish Chamber of Tourism. She is the owner of Business Service Galop, a company that provides comprehensive organization of conferences and congresses, mainly in the medical industry. The company is recommended by the Poland Convention Bureau POT as a professional congress organizer.
Krystyna Gołąbek
Vice President of the Board
Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow (Tourist Services) and the Hotel School in Krakow (Hospitality Management). An expert in the meetings industry, she has been present in the tourism industry for many years, active in industry organizations, and president of the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland in 2013-2019. Since 2006, she has been a member of the International Congress & Convention Association. In 2011-2017, she was President of the Krakow Chamber of Tourism. Professionally associated with Krakow-based companies Symposium Cracoviense - a professional congress organizer (for 26 years) and Intercrac, DMC (for 35 years). Previously, in 1984-1989, she worked at Orbis in the foreign inbound tourism department. Currently, she is also involved as one of the leaders in the Kraków Network project, a platform for cooperation in the meetings industry, initiated by the Krakow Festival Office. Interests: dance, classical ballet, board games.
Anna Jędrocha
Vice President of the Board, Treasurer
Director of the Congress and Event Venues Group, GRUPA MTP. For 16 years, he has been successfully responsible for strategy, sales, and marketing in managed facilities, which host nearly 300 domestic and international events annually. He leads two sales and event organization teams, setting standards, creating changes and directing development in the area of his business. Member of the Board of the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland. He heads the Poznań Club of Polish Congress Ambassadors, supporting the academic staff of the city of Poznań in attracting national and international conferences. Member of the Chapter and Initiator of the SKKP Meetings Industry Competition for 5. Sabrina Żymierska's greatest achievements in the past year include attracting international conferences to Poznań, including IAC 2027 International Astronautical Congress - 11,000 participants, ICCA Central European Chapter Meeting 2025 - 500 participants, EFFOST 2026 - 600 participants, Directions EMEA 2025 - 3,000 participants. Responsible for the inauguration in 2024 of two new facilities in the MTP portfolio: the multimedia pavilion 7A and the Event Tower, including the sale and marketing of venues. She actively participates in panels and industry meetings as a speaker: MP Impact, Event Industry Forum.
Sabrina Żymierska
Vice President of the Board
She has been involved in the event industry for 14 years. She gained her experience over 10 years working for one of the largest event companies in southern Poland, CMA PL. She had the pleasure of working with leading Polish companies and institutions, implementing hundreds of diverse projects. She started as a Project Manager, then served as Sales and Marketing Director and member of the management board. Currently, she is a partner in the company. For four years, she has been Managing Director and CEO of the event agency BluExperience.pl. She manages a team of experts with many years of experience who specialize in organizing hybrid, stationary, and online events. Under her leadership, the agency has won numerous industry awards, including MP Power Awards®, Eventex, and Muse Creative Awards. The BluExperience.pl team is actively involved in the activities of key Polish industry associations, such as SKKP (Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland), MPI Poland Chapter, and the TUgether Meeting and Event Industry Council. Awards: The 100 Most Influential People in the Global Event Industry, Eventex 2023, The 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry in Europe, 2024.
Natalia Truszczyńska
Secretary General
An experienced manager with many years of practice in managing organizations, teams, and large events, operating in the MICE, HoReCa, and cultural facilities markets. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk and the State University of New York. She has been involved in the meetings industry for over 20 years. President of the Board of the Gdańsk Tourist Organization/Gdańsk Convention Bureau in 2007-2014. Business Development Director at EXPO XXI Warsaw in 2014-2019. Since 2019, she has been professionally associated with PCO Symposium Cracoviense, where she serves as an advisor to the board and is responsible for relations with international associations. She also runs a consulting and advisory company in the MICE industry. She is a member of international organizations bringing together professionals from the meetings industry, in which she is actively involved on a voluntary basis. Currently, she is a member of the Board of the ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), a member of the Association of Associations Executives, and a Positive Events Impact Ambassador. In 2010-2014, she was Vice President for Membership at MPI (Meeting Professionals International) Poland, and in 2012-2018, she was Chair of the ICCA Central Europe Chapter. She has received numerous awards and distinctions for her work, including the 2014 Personality of the Year award in the MP Power Awards competition and, in 2015, an honorary badge awarded by the Minister of Sport and Tourism for her services to tourism. In 2017, she was selected as one of the 100 most influential people in tourism in Poland, and in 2019 and 2020 she was included in the list of the 100 most influential people in the event industry in Europe (Eventex Index). She is a member of the jury of national and international competitions related to the meetings industry, including the ICCA Best Marketing Award, Eventex Awards, MICE Poland Personality of the Year, and the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program. She is also an academic lecturer.
Anna Górska
Board Member
She graduated in Polish Philology from the Jagiellonian University. She has always been professionally involved in the meetings and events industry in Krakow. For nearly 10 years, she worked at the Krakow Festival Office, where she was responsible for the promotion and organization of events, and then for sales and marketing of the then emerging ICE Krakow Congress Center. For 4 years, she organized large conferences and congresses at Targi w Krakowie, serving as head of the congress department (PCO&DMC). Since 2017, she has been the Director of the Event Service and Marketing Office at TAURON Arena Kraków, the largest sports and entertainment hall in Poland, where she was responsible for sales and marketing, event coordination, and cooperation with the hall's title sponsor. In 2022, she undertook the launch of a new conference center at Fabryczna 13, in a revitalized building that formerly housed the Polmos vodka distillery. The Fabryczna Conference Center was opened on December 7, 2022, and since then has been operating dynamically, establishing a strong position on the meetings and events market in Krakow and Poland. CKF_13 was honored with the MP Power Venue award for the best multifunctional facility of 2023, and Sara received the MP Power 12 award in the Supplier – Venue category..
Sara Lamik
Board Member
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She has been involved in events for over 20 years. She has gained experience in the industry from the perspective of a client, freelancer, venue manager, and agency. She has experience in both smaller formats, such as conferences, galas, and corporate picnics, as well as larger events, such as matches, concerts, mass events, and congresses. She has always been involved in sailing and currently represents Poland as a delegate of the Polish Sailing Association in the sustainable development committee of World Sailing. She co-organizes the Federation's conferences and congresses whenever Poland hosts the meeting. For the past 4 years, she has been working at *Bespoke as an Account Manager, where, in addition to organizing events for the agency's clients, she represents the company as a recommended ITC and PCO service provider at the Poland Convention Bureau POT national stand during international MICE fairs. She is involved in the Agency's ESG activities, including working with the team to obtain the Ecovadis certificate for *Bespoke. She also actively participates in the work of the Bespoke Foundation, which focuses on environmental education in kindergartens.
Maja Leśny
Board Member
A graduate of the University of Economics (Executive MBA) and the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow Academy (international relations, specializing in international tourism). He has been involved in the MICE industry since 2005. At the beginning of his career, he gained experience at the Hilton Reno in Nevada and the Sheraton in Krakow, among others. He has been with CMA for 10 years, where he started as sales and marketing manager and is currently the CEO. He is a member of organizations such as the Event Industry Association, the Congress and Conference Association in Poland, Meeting Professional International Poland Chapter, and Knights of Columbus. In 2017, he was awarded the MP POWER 2017 award in the “multimedia provider” category. He is the author of many commercial and cultural event concepts, a producer, set designer, and enthusiast of modern multimedia technologies. He has been responsible for the production of several hundred projects for the public and private sectors.
Krzysztof Paradowski

President of Netventure Sp. z o.o. – a company that created and develops Syskonf.pl, an online event registration and management system. A person with over 20 years of experience in the Internet industry and 12 years of experience in the MICE industry. For over 10 years, he managed an interactive agency dealing with, among other things, the production of dedicated systems and Internet applications. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland.
Tomasz Nowak
Chairman of the Audit Committee
She has over 30 years of professional experience in the hotel and tourism industry: Intercontinental Warsaw, Holiday Inn Bydgoszcz, Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Airport, Holiday Inn Krakow, Holiday Inn Gdansk, Holiday Inn Wroclaw, Domus Mater Krakow, Best Western Plus Brzeg Centrum, National Car Rental, EuroDollar International, Orbis Rent a Car. She has been a member of the Hotel Solutions Partnership Ltd since 2007. As part of HSP, she has worked on projects in Spain, Italy, Greece, and Macedonia. Since 2007, Ewa Kossakowska, owner of E.M.K. Hospitality Consulting, has been conducting consulting projects in the hotel and tourism industry.
Ewa Kossakowska
Member of the Audit Committee
A native of Warsaw, she is a cultural animator by education. She graduated from postgraduate studies in Event Project Management. She has been working at the Copernicus Science Center for nine years. She was responsible for creating a comprehensive offer for the newly established conference center at this institution. She initiated the department responsible for organizing conferences and events. Since January 2016, she has been the manager of the department and manages a team of 12 people. In 2015-2017, she was a member of MPI, since 2018 a member of SKKP, and since April 2019 a member of the Business Council of the Vistula School of Tourism and Hospitality.
